Service Description

The tour everyone was waiting for: Chichén Itzá and Cenotes, an unforgettable experience! The first stop will be at Cenote Suntan, a closed cenote and one of the most visited and photographed in Yucatán. That's why we go early to avoid finding too many people. From Cenote Suytun, we head directly to the Ruins of Chichén Itzá, where our Certified Guide awaits us for our visit. Chichén Itzá is one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. At the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá, you will be guided by a certified expert while you admire and contemplate various buildings, such as the Market of a Thousand Columns, the Temple of the Warriors with the statue of Chacmool, the Ball Game, the Temple of the Jaguar, and the wonderful Temple of Kukulcán, one of the most emblematic monuments of the Mayan civilization. This temple is a giant Mayan calendar that marks the change of seasons. During each equinox, due to the sunlight and the steps of the building, a hypnotic interplay of lights and shadows creates an exciting three-dimensional optical illusion, meaning the body of the Mayan god Kukulcán (a feathered serpent) seems to smoothly slide from the top of the pyramid to the serpent's head located at the bottom of the building. After the visit, we will move to the most famous and spectacular cenote in the area: Cenote IkKil, where you can admire this incredible place and swim to refresh yourself in these sacred waters. The next stop will be at Cenote Oxman, a cenote that has become viral in recent years for its vines from which people jump into the water. Additionally, here you will enjoy a delicious regional buffet lunch. The last stop will be at the Main Square of the Colonial City of Valladolid, where you can do some shopping, enjoy a coffee, and get ready to return to your hotels. Includes: • Round-trip transportation in an air-conditioned Van Crafter. • Light breakfast on board with 2 waters. • Entrance to Cenote Suytun with life jacket included. • Tour guide from Chichén Itzá. • Entrance to the archaeological zone of Chichén Itzá, guided tour, and free time. • Entrance to Cenote IkKil with life jacket included. • Entrance to Cenote Oxman with life jacket included and regional buffet lunch (Fresh waters included). • Stop in Valladolid (approximately 25 minutes).
